This is the day

That he is out of the country. Yes, my has left our American Soil and is enroute to Iraq. Once more I sit and I wait. He will be gone far longer than a year, which is going to seem like yet another lifetime.

I pray for his safety, and the safety of ALL the military troops wherever they may be. These are very troubling and trying times. No place is safe, not even here in our own country.
