Hi JOY My weekend is full of Sport, I have watched 2 live soccer matches on TV, highlights of the second day of the Ryder Cup Europe 10 - 6 up on the USA today. Tomorrow I will be watching the American College Football games that I am recording this evening, plus the Russian F1 Grand Prix not to mention the Final Day of the Ryder Cup  I may have to leave some of the College Football until Monday  Please visit my Blog "Older but no Wiser"

I have a "weekend" all week. So now my cycling season is nearly over, I'll revert to going out for walks a couple of times a week, just to get some exercise and "fresh" air.

I've always enjoyed the weekends, especially during the soccer season. I also liked having my balls played with too (not just at weekends).

My father and uncle use to swim across the Detroit River from Windsor to Detroit when they were teens. I am retired but most of the people I know are still working; so weekends are for catching up. Otherwise just another day of the week. Living in a Metro Detroit area apartment and working , weekends were for fun stuff. Living 80 miles from work sites out here ,,,weekends became full of chores and less fun time.
