Finally - we launched a blog for announcements/bugs/etc!
Finally - we launched a blog for announcements/bugs/etc! I'm happy to report that we now have a new blog, SiteSupport, run by our customer service team to better communicate with our members. We set it up as a central place where members can give us feedback publicly as well as we can post when new features go live and bugs are resolved. It will take us a few days to sort out the format. Feel free to post comments THERE so we can know more about what you'd like to see there. In future, please post site issues on the SiteSupport blog Andrew |

I would like to see the Staff member that are reading (assigned to monitor) the comments of members to answering the questions that are asked; in other words, actively involved with the Blog instead of going days or weeks unanswered.

several already HAVE posted comments, which have disappeared, along with the posts 'asking for members' input'. Instead of those there are now 'bug xxxxx fixed' posts, where it seems that per bug only one member reported.... there are bugs and glitches that are reported by dozens of members that are never heard of again. why should we expect this to work better than all that we've tried these past months?

nope, not strange, he's most likely testing a new 'feature' to have comments show from old time (bottom) to new time (top) instead of the current way (other way around). have you seen the 'last read' time that's been added here too? Let's hope we get a choice for this, otherwise some of the things that are going around (like word games) could get .... ummmm .... tricky or was that sticky....

Luv, I checked out the link you provided and there seems no place for my particular complaint. A complaint that not only has been brought to the help desk and through phone calls and too many e-mails to count...but also brought to you personally. I know you are a busy man and I know you have so many things on your plate....but, eventually I wish to have my main problem addressed!

I would really really REALLY like a master control button on my blog edit panel that allows me to hide my entire blog, or apply all editing changes to all blog entries. The ability to allow only AdultFriendFinder members to view certain blog entires is fabulous and makes me extremely happy....however, I now have to go through my entire blog entry by entry to edit each one for this command. It takes frikkin hours....and if the edit doesn't hold...which is often, I have to keep checking and going back. Please, please, please...pretty frikking please????

Ms Dixie Your point about Fake profiles is good....but it effects us Men too Far too many fake profiles seem to be ignored and allowed to advertise their " Services" Site management. Its good that you have created this blog. I really hope that members concerns about the operation of the place are addressed. Like many others I was getting real tired of the numerous problems which we reported, but seemed to be ignored. Great to see that you may now take action to improove our Service.

I posted a very simple and polite request on YOUR blog recently and it is still pending. Since I have renewed my membership I have been affected by these 'glitches' which others talk of, I have displayed patience. I have been worried by these new 'policies' which I hear of, and although I have attempted to engage you about them you have ignored me. I am at a stage where I paid somewhere in the region of $160, I do not seem to be getting my monies worth, nor having my concerns addressed, either by your customer service or you. I am rarely logging on now and although I may get over this, it is such a disappointment. I hope that the next bonus you are paid, or vacation you take, you might spare a thought for me and the people like me who have paid out so much and yet get little consideration.....it would appear. Wonder how long this comment will be pending.............

Which is the step or start, if we are going to make comments about the too many bugs this site has, for them to be unattended by this Support Team?? At least by responding our comments makes us know that we had been acknowledged, but leaving our comments unattended is neglecting us. I like this site as much as I dislike its bugs, so please build a bridge not a wall, be proactive. Maria

I have posted there 4 times and never received a direct answer. i.e once I got a rationalization of a problem not an explanation, the other three times, no response at all. In addition, I hae contacted customer service three times recently, both by email AND phone (what is the problem with phone support - sounds like they are talking on fax lines. How about good plantronic headsets for the techies!!) with no responses. I have been promised calls back and have never received them.

I have written to the email on this account, and I still haven't received ANY support. I have a group that NEEDS to be taken out of Denied status, and I can't do it because when I try to update the groups settings it tells me that the update has failed, therefore, I need SOMEONE, ANYONE to get it fixed. Any suggestions?

i've been on here almost 3 yrs. now and i love blogging but i've been very upset on how i was treated as a gold member so i'm staying standard for now. why pay for gold and be treated sooo badly! your customer service is so rude and once i got my profile removed 10x's in 2 days and when i called they hung up on me repeatedly. they kept blaming it on my cookies...asking if i cleaned them out...everytime i call this is what i get. i was finally told i would get a call and they took my number and no one called. i have lost count how many times my profile and blog were removed and i had to call about it. they said i didn't do anything to have it removed and turned it back on but why was it repeatedly turned off..does this happen to others? busty ..just join me on my blog bustybettyboop and still looking for some hot,sexy,creative contestants for my next contest...come join us! need a blog mentor or want to be one?

Luvpump. After talking to your abuse team about this i thought maybe if i came directly to YOU , Perhaps this issue might be addressed. I have a small blog of my own, and have been logging for a couple of months, During this time i have been harassed by a another member of this site your abuse team deletes DAILY. He makes a new profile and is back within 24 hours, since he started on me, he has been deleted almost 50 times. To be honest, at first i didn't think much of this guy and i haven't been kind in some of my replies to him. BUT this week he posted my CHILDREN'S names to this website and threatened them with violence. he is also saying unless i leave the site he will do them harm. This member has chased off SEVERAL paying members as well and brags about this fact. I refuse to be intimidated by this guy but going after my kids ISN'T cool. is there ANYTHING perhaps YOU can do as CEO??? Thanks Rilla

This site could be really good IF it worked properly all the time. Instead of rolling out little tweaks and quasi-cool features, why don't you put your resources into fix the problems that have plagued this site for ever- pages not working, problems with cams saying they broadcasting, but not, etc .. If you read the forums and site site support blog, you would see how unhappy and generally pissed off your customers are. Your latest Version of the flash IM is total crap- does anybody test this stuff before they roll it out, or is that what our job as your customers is ?

Can you explain why a group would go into a "denied" status? It happens frequently with the group "Younger Women for Older Men." Today it's denied. Some of us have sent emails to customer service, but we haven't received a response yet. What is the quickest way to get this issue resolved when it happens?

Why is there this different way, being a US/UK (fast forward) or a German user (as time goes by)? Would be great to get an answer Hundreds of German users are angry or frustrated. Mr. Luvpump The reason for my comment is to express my complaint by one of the failures on this system and I just wrote a publication on my blog "De Madriz to heaven." I would ask, and I want to be seen at my request, which is installed in a new AdultFriendFinder nod, because I ... there are insufficient greeting, smile, kiss, nod, buttocks ... but what they lack in Spain called pedorreta and we want express ... "goes the piro date and leave me alone." I can not imagine that the architect of this invention, you will prefer the harmony between the users and I promise not to use too often, but I assure you that rarely made it a lot. The "blog" for bugs and other problems is a total SHAM! I've been having increasing and major problems with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion for over a week and all I've gotten from the "bug blog" was first being ignored, second getting an e-mail from billing support that my problem has been fixed even thought it was getting worse, third getting an e-mail from a supposed "tech support person" who said that my "problem report" was not going to be posted because it was better to handle it that way (meaning they were sweeping my problem under the carpet), and now finally, forth a total silence about the fact that I cannot access AdultFriendFinder or Passion though I've paid for a 6 month membership for both, and that I can only access SwapFinder if I go thru 2 or 3 "member login" pages before I find one that will allow me to log in. Below is the latest of my latest "bug blog" posting, which I also have posted on the "question and answers blog" posting. I have no illusion that either will get me any help with the fact that even though I've paid a HUGE amount for access to AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion, I can almost not access any of them. My latest post on the "bug blog": I would like to ask "WHY ARE THE CONTINUING PROBLEMS I'M HAVING WITH AdultFriendFinder/SF/PASSION" being ignored and swept until the rug by Tech Support and other site watchdogs? I have been reporting continue and increasing problems with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion for over a week. I have received absolutely no help, been ignored and/or talked down, my posts on the "bugs" blog thread have been denied because the powers that be don't want other members to know . . . and because I'm sure the problems I'm having are being experienced by other paying members. I am still having problems with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion. Today, along with the problems I've been having over the last week, I now cannot open profiles. I still cannot open AdultFriendFinder or Passion no matter what I do. I still have to go through two or three of SwapFinder's pages to find the member log in that will allow me to log in. I also cannot view cams or just about anything else on this site. As a result of this, I've made sure that my membership will not renew. And since this site's TECH SUPPORT refuse to post my ongoing problems on this blog posting, chosing instead to ignor my problems, I will be contact my credit card provider to blog ANY future charges by AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion unless by my own permission. I am so utterly shocked and dissapointed by AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion's attitude to my continue problems with their site. This site will continue to charge me but will not fix ongoing and INCREASING problems with the site. And the funny thing is, AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion is the only site that I'm having problems with. I'm a member of several other porn sites, gay and straight . . . and many other non-porn sites . . . and NON OF THEM ARE HAVING PROBLEMS. I'm only having trouble with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion . . . and the site and those charged with keeping it functioning couldn't care less. They only want my money. So, I'm going to make sure that they will never get a penny from me ever again. Since first discovering SwapFinder in October 2005, I've really enjoyed it. I did have another period of overwhelming problems with the site, where nothing the Tech Support did fixed it, and I did close out my account for nearly a year. But I decided to give the site another chance. Apart from periodic minor glitches, AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion has worked pretty well until this past week. Since then, it's as if the site is purposefully being run into the ground, and it's members are being screwed by plan. From the total lack of concern from this site's oversearer . . . in all areas . . . that's the only conclusion I can come to. I understand that AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion has recently changed owners. I would bet this has something to do with the current, cascading problems with the site. It's too bad, too. I'm sure I'm not the only member having these problemsf. And I'm sure these problems will continue to grow, to expand to other members. I would bet that within a year or two, AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion will cease to exist. It's hard to believe considering there seems to be millions of members but the total lack of caring for we the paying members of this site will finish this site. I am making one last plea to the powers on this site to contact me and make some effort to fix the continuing and increasion problems I'm experiencing with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion. I would actually like to speak to a real human being from the Tech Support area of this site. I'll give the site until June 1 for this to occur. If by then, I've not been helped, if I've yet again been ignored, if I've been swept aside by the site, I will not only contact my credit card provider to permanently stop any payment to the site(s), I will also contact my internet provider and the Better Business Bureau with a formal complaint.

My growning trouble with the functions of this site are yet again growning . . . now I can't open my mailbox. Add this to not being able to open any profiles, can't open AdultFriendFinder or Passion at all (though I've purchased 6 month memberships for both), can't view cams . . . and the list of things that don't work increase daily. Question . . . if nothing is wrong with this site as both billing support and one of the techs from tech support have told me, why am I experiencing an ever increasing list of trouble with AdultFriendFinder/SF/Passion? I've tried posting these problems on the "bugs" blog thread . . . with no help or satisfaction. I've posted these problems on the "question and answer" blog thread . . . only to have my posts about my trouble booted off with the explaination that it would be better for the site's people to work on the problems in a different way (meaning they don't want any other paying members to know the trouble I'm having, which means others have similar problems). And I'm now posting all the problems I'm having on your blog, "CEO luvpump". I guess I should ask if this "site support" and "customer service" is for real or is it just a way for you to deflect member frustration and anger when the site doesn't work? Also, why is it that I only get stock responses but never, ever actually hear from a "real" tech person or customer service person from the site that is interested in fixing the problems I'm having with the site? Just curious.

It would be nice to see the site act like it gave a rats ass about abuse-instead of just saying that they do but then not doing anything about it,in particfular in the magazine
